Insulating property – Polyurethane has this electrical property that they are good insulators and because of this they can be used in moulded wires.

Polyurethane can be used in manufacturing many things like Diaphrams, Seals, Gaskets, Hopper liners, Gears, Bumpers, Belts, etc. Polyurethane has replaced metals and other manufacturing materials. Polyurethane is also used in bearings as they reduce the level of noise produced by such parts.
