With WRAP support, up to 25% of the total project costs of smaller rebuilds and up to 33% of total raze-and-rebuild projects are covered with self-amortizing loan. Loan amounts depend upon a variety of economical parameters, including project volume uplift, cost to supply each site and forecast margins in each market.

In the two years since WRAP was first offered, more than 400 sites have been approved or started justification of due diligence. A project must be approved by the end of 2010 to qualify. You then have three years from the date of approval for completion.
