Watchman Sonic Oil Level Monitor

The market leading Watchman Sonic consists of a transmitter and receiver unit. The transmitter unit is fitted to the tank and measures the level of fuel inside. This information is relayed wirelessly to the receiver unit, which cleverly and conveniently plugs into a standard 3 pin domestic socket, where it is displayed via an easy to read LCD display.

The device is universal and suitable for tanks of any shape or size up to 3.0m internal height as standard. The receiver which simply plugs into any standard UK 3-pin socket includes a warning light which alerts you when your fuel level falls below 10.

Watchman Sonic Features

• Suitable for use in tanks for the storage of diesel fuel, kerosene, and gas oil, Types A2, C1, C2, and D as defined by BS 2869

• Easy installation - one 32mm hole in tank

• When level of oil gets below 10% the fuel dispensing pump symbol appears, indicating to the householder that it is time to order oil

• When level of oil gets below 5% then a led starts to flash indicating to the householder that it is critical that they order oil

The Watchman Alarm builds upon the success of the market leading Watchman Sonic Ultrasonic Oil Level Monitor. It adds a useful alarm function, which is activated in the event of an abnormal drop in fuel level.

Like the standard Watchman Sonic, the Watchman Alarm consists of a transmitter and receiver unit. The transmitter unit is fitted to the tank and measures the level of fuel inside. This information is relayed wirelessly to the receiver unit, which cleverly and conveniently plugs into a standard 3 pin domestic socket, where it is displayed via an easy to read LCD display.

In the event of a sudden drop in the level of fuel stored inside the tank, an alarm is activated on the receiver unit, alerting the oil tank owner and allowing necessary action to be taken e.g. the activation of a home alarm, external light or call to the Police.
