Being romantic does not require money or even a destination. While a great destination and lots of money can help create a romantic atmosphere, they cannot create romance by themselves. There are several ways you can bring romance into your lives without spending lots of money, or even leaving your house. In order to unlock the door to romance, all you need are the correct keys. Those keys are sincerity, creativity, willingness, and passion. If you possess these keys alone, you can stir the flames of romance enough to heat your lives for years to come.
Sincerity is a major key to romance. You really have to want to do what it takes to bring a smile to your sweetheart. Nothing can be more rewarding than seeing the person you love smile when they are around you. Being sincere about your relationship, and your partner, will mean you are paying attention to what he or she really likes and wants. If you are in tune with what your partner enjoys, you will be able to bring that joy to them without bumbling around. If you are not in tune with your partner, then romance will be so much harder, as you will have other issues you will need to address as the relationship grows and matures, if you can even get to that point. Listen, and truly want to bring a smile, and everything else will be easy.
Creativity is the wow factor that will make your sweetheart amazed at what you can accomplish with a little drive. Combined with the sincerity key, then you will be the partner in the relationship that will make their friends green with envy, and believe me, if their friends are amazed, you partner will be smiling even when you are not around. Being creative will keep your partner guessing what will happen next, what they are going to find in their car next time they have to go to work, and so on. If you are low on funds, your creativity will allow you to do many things that require little or no money and even on a budget will allow you to do those little romantic things that will make them run home to you every day. Here are some ideas to help you get the creative juices flowing.
· Leave little love notes in their lunch box, car, on their keys or cell phone.
· Send little love text messages when they are at work.
· Create your own card for your sweetheart and give it to them when its not an anniversary or birthday. A Just because card.
· Bring them breakfast in bed with fresh fruits and juice.
· When it's cold outside, get up and heat up the bathroom before they have to get in and take a shower or get ready for work.
· Go and warm up their car before they have to go to work on a cold day. Or get the AC going for them on a hot day.
· Come home with dinner and a movie for a quiet night at home. (hint, a romantic comedy or other romance movie would be a good idea)
Willingness is another key to romance and for a successful relationship. I hear so many things that people are not willing to do. Instead of coming up with things you would never do for your partner or anyone, why not open your heart and mind and become willing to just make them happy. When you realize that you are working to form a lifelong partnership, and that this person you are with is what matters most to you, and then the willingness will come easier. We all do things we don't necessarily enjoy throughout our lives. Work, shores, and so on are all parts of our everyday lives. Now imagine if we gave up just a little bit for our partner, what would that do for them? Some examples of what I am talking about are.
· Saying no every once in a while to your friends when they want to take you out without your partner. Or even more than once in a while. Instead tell them to bring their other halves and everyone get out together.
· Take on a chore your other half typically does so they get a break on that one day or more.
· Turn off the game/ TV show/ soap opera and spend that time with your sweetheart.
· Take them to their favorite restaurant that you maybe don't like as much.
Just remember that a relationship is a partnership. That means that both people are coming together to form a single entity. In order for this to prosper, both persons will have to sacrifice things and ideas for the benefit of the other party. When you are moving towards that healthy and happy relationship, then those will no longer seem like sacrifices, and instead will bring you pleasure.
Passion will come due to the use of the previous keys from your partner, as long as you are passionate about what you do. Everyone feels passionate about something. So be passionate about your relationship. Be passionate when you kiss, hug and make love. Touch each other often and let them know that you want them near you. Don't do things to get something in return do it because you truly want them to enjoy what you do. If you are going to be passionate about anything, then make sure the two of you is what you are passionate about.
