Basically, a head unit is an interface or a control center if you would, for all the components inside the entire car's sound system. It is the centerpiece, the center of attraction and the crowning joy of all your electronics. In modern times, it is referred to as the deck, the unit or the head. Installed inside the dash board, these devices are aptly called because they are the main reason why each individual component of your car's audio system to work in unison and in complement with each other. We follow May and Thomasons work to show that Gammaspaces and Einfinity spaces are Quillen equivalent with appropriate model categories.
